What we collect

We collect your email address when you register, and we store your breathing session data (technique, duration, timestamp) to show your progress on the dashboard. We do not collect or store any camera, microphone, or biometric data.

How we use it

Your email is used only for account verification and password reset. Your session data is used only to show your personal dashboard — streaks, charts, and progress. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Chrome Extension

The Pauze Chrome extension monitors keyboard and mouse activity locally on your device to detect when you are actively working. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.

Third party services

We use Resend to send transactional emails (verification and password reset). We use Groq to generate motivational messages. Neither service receives your personal data beyond what is necessary to function.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at privacy@pauze.live. We will process your request within 7 days.
